Offices and small facilities
Professional suites, administrative offices, studios, retail premises and eligible small facilities can request general commercial cleaning. Describe the actual rooms and uses of your workplace so we can review suitability. Specialized clinical procedures, medical sterilization, biohazard cleanup and hazardous waste are not part of general office cleaning.
Tasks agreed for your workplace
- Reception, meeting rooms and accessible desks or work surfaces
- Staff kitchens and break areas, including agreed appliance surfaces
- Washrooms, fixtures and accessible touchpoints
- Vacuuming, surface-appropriate mopping and accessible dusting
- Interior glass and waste handling only where included
- Extra interior work or restocking only after separate scope and cost review
These are possible tasks, not a universal package. Only the written Scope of Work you approve is included. We bring cleaning equipment and products; workplace consumables and restocking responsibilities are agreed separately.
Access, security and scheduling
Identify the authorized site contact, entry arrangements, visitor parking or loading access, any elevator requirements, and rooms excluded for confidentiality or safety. Discuss alarm procedures and key or fob arrangements privately during coordination, not in a public inquiry. Documents, personal items and equipment should be cleared or identified before cleaning.
Tell us your preferred frequency and access windows, including whether staff or visitors will be present. After-hours work is subject to actual availability and confirmation. A preferred date or time is not a reserved appointment.
Consultation, scope and proposal
- Submit the commercial assessment with your workplace areas, condition and preferences.
- Fresh & Shiny reviews the request and may arrange a walkthrough where needed.
- Review the written tasks, exclusions, access arrangements and final service price.
- After approval and applicable booking requirements, agree on the actual service schedule.
No residential estimate or deposit is collected on this page. Submission creates a request, not a contract or confirmed booking.
