Deep Cleaning sits between Maintenance and Heavy-Duty & Restoration Cleaning. Significant grease, soap scum, hard-water buildup or long-neglected surfaces may need Heavy-Duty & Restoration Cleaning instead, and the assessment will say so before you book.
What a deep clean covers
The approved Scope of Work lists the rooms included and the detail work in each — typically baseboards, door frames and switches, fixtures, tiled surfaces, appliance exteriors and the built-up edges routine visits don't reach. Deep Cleaning handles light to moderate buildup; it does not include grout restoration or the removal of severe, long-standing buildup, which belong to Heavy-Duty & Restoration Cleaning.

- Deep Cleaning is a team service. Team size is not fixed in advance — we don't promise a number of cleaners before the assessment.
- How is team size determined?
- From the home's size, condition, Scope of Work, service type and workload identified through the assessment. A smaller job may need fewer cleaners; a larger or more demanding one may need a larger team.
- What does the booked visit time mean?
- Visit time is how long the team is in your home; labour-hours are the total cleaning work. For example, three cleaners working for four hours is 12 labour-hours of cleaning, even though you experience a four-hour visit.
- How are the scope and price set?
- By actual condition and required work, not simply square footage or bedroom count. A home described as generally maintained can still have a kitchen or bathroom that needs substantially deeper work, and the scope reflects that.
