Who We're Looking For
Fresh & Shiny is looking for people who are:

- Comfortable working inside clients' homes
- Able to follow cleaning procedures and safety instructions
- Willing to learn the Fresh & Shiny cleaning system
- Able to communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Comfortable performing physical cleaning work
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Professional cleaning experience is an asset, but candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
Professional Training & Standards
Fresh & Shiny is developing a documented Cleaning Operations Manual and Standard Operating Procedure system for our team.
Team members are trained to understand:
- Correct cleaning sequence
- Surface-specific cleaning methods
- Product safety
- Cross-contamination prevention
- Proper use of cleaning tools and equipment
- Bathroom and kitchen cleaning procedures
- Regular maintenance cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Heavy-duty and restoration cleaning
- Professional conduct inside clients' homes
- Quality-control expectations
