About Fresh & Shiny Cleaning Services
Fresh & Shiny is a locally operated residential cleaning company serving Durham Region, Ontario. We build each service around the specific areas of your home and the condition those areas are in, then put it in writing before anything is booked.
Instead of quoting from a square-footage table, we ask about your property, the areas you want cleaned and how those areas look today. That produces a recommended service, a detailed Scope of Work and a full price you can review before you commit.
How we work

The Scope of Work is the agreement
Every booking is built on a written Scope of Work. It lists the areas and services included so there is no interpretation on the day of service.
Condition decides the service, not assumptions
The service level is determined by the areas you select and the actual condition of those areas — not by the age of the home, the neighbourhood or the property type.
Pricing is shown before you commit
Your price, HST, deposit and remaining balance are presented during booking. You choose whether to proceed.
Changes go through the office
Additions, reschedules and cancellations are handled by Fresh & Shiny so the record stays accurate. Team members do not negotiate scope or price on site.

Fresh & Shiny provides residential cleaning services. We do not provide mould remediation, hazardous material handling, construction debris removal or repair work. When a property needs one of those, we say so and recommend a qualified specialist.
