Do I need a home visit before I can get a price?
Most residential cleaning can be planned online. If the information provided is not enough to plan the service responsibly, we tell you what is needed instead of estimating blindly.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit reserves your date and is applied to your total. The remaining balance is shown before you confirm anything.
Can the price change after I book?
Your recommendation and price are based on the information you supplied. If conditions on site are materially different from what was described, the Scope or price may need an adjustment, and that is reviewed with you before any additional work begins.
Is a first cleaning more than an ongoing one?
